Gameday — a new way to challenge yourself
Perform Gameday for each of your muscle groups and repeat every month to keep track of your progress, muscle health, balance, and overall fitness.
Step 1
Start your Gameday by selecting the option “Challenge yourself” on a EGYM Strength machine
Step 2
Do as many reps as you can with an increasing weight to reach as much total weight as possible
Step 3
Login with your RFID to save your results and get on the leaderboard
