Gameday — a new way to challenge yourself

Challenge different muscle groups with Gameday to push your limits and test your maximum strength. Repeat the challenge every month to keep track of your progress, muscle health, balance, and overall progress.

Step 1

Start your Gameday by selecting the option “Challenge yourself” on a EGYM Strength machine

Step 2

Do as many reps as you can with an increasing weight to reach as much total weight as possible

Step 3

Login with your RFID to save your results and get on the leaderboard
